OMG Your Review on Makeine was amazing! Please continue to write so much beautiful content. BTW i was actually into Lemon chan when she was introduced, because she gives you a nice feeling because she is always so cheerful. Obviously also Anna is, but she is on a different way. Also she is important for the plot because she introduces yet another losing heroin and unlike anna tries to be more adult with being rejected. I guess that was the moment i really thought that she is a really nice Character. So i guess i would say that she feels more adult than Anna and that's why i also kinda liked her more. But you are also right when you say, that Anna carries the show, because anna is so funny, i mean she is just your average popular teenage girl being friends with a weeb. The scene where she says that she dropped to many hints was so hilarious!

Im sorry im not so good at writing stuff but i hope you understood what i mean.
Bye bye i hope i will see another of your reviews in the future!
Awesome review you gave of Makeine! Your review is so much more in depth than anything I could ever write, so amazing job I really like how deep you dove into both the author's writing and the potential the story has.
It also pleases me a lot to see another fan of Oregairu, I definitely mentioned some parallels in my own review for Makeine between the two series considering the similarities I felt both of them encapsulate, and that definitely was a noticeable factor in my enjoyment of Makeine considering it's my favorite anime series.
I read your review on Makeine and it was very well written. Initially, I found it hard trying to understand why I really liked the show. However, your points really helped incapsulate what I was feeling. So much so, that I was confident enough to raise my score again to an 8. The 'self-aware' aspect was also informative. I don't think I fully understand it, nevertheless, I could relate it to how the anime made the same tropes still really enjoyable to watch; kinda like my first time watching Love is War. I couldn't agree more with your final point on 'substance'. It really sums why I enjoyed the other titles mentioned your review.
I am also watching " Angels of Death" right now Episode 11 out of 16 and i really wish it will become better by the final.
Right now, i can consider it as one of the worst written shows. So maybe there will be a Twist, i hope so. If not, then the negative Reviews were still to positive on this.
I agree with everything you said in your review of Satsuriku no Tenshi ONA. I bet we disagree on most anime, too. I mean, if you walked up to me on the street yesterday and told me how much you liked Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu, I might have murdered you. Which I would have regretted terribly today after reading that review of Satsuriku no Tenshi ONA. And that's the message of that anime: you should never murder someone without getting to know them first. An important lesson, I think.
I've heard things of a similar nature about FranXX's production; the most common was that it was initially planned to have 27 eps like Gurren but then got cut down because of A1. I don't know how true these things are, but it was apparently a fairly close collab at first. Then the second half Trigger just left because of I assume Gridman and Promare. Amemiya's next project probably will be the next season of Inferno Cop, but after that I'll be interested in what he does from here on out.
Hello there! Great Gridman review, it's in my opinion the best show Trigger has ever made (they've had quite the quality whiplash year haven't they). It's as close to a 9 as it can be for me and I couldn't be happier. One thing, though: the Obari controversy was apparently a mistranslation. Obari seems to have just been joking about wanting credit. He even posted this on Twitter to celebrate the finale:
Saw your Kakegurui review - if you want more gambling anime, you should try a few episodes of Akagi. I've felt more suspense over his random Mahjong games than in the climax of fighting anime. No Akagi fans understand the rules of Mahjong, but it still sucks you right in. The story focuses on Akagi's amoral genius and the universal mind games and psychology of gambling in general. If you haven't seen it, I recommend it.
Good review on Mahoyome. It encapsulates the problem of it's adaptation nicely and its a way better review when it comes to it's negatives than the 2 most upvoted negative reviews. Though I disagree on the sounddesign and score complaints, Mahoyome was pretty disappointing to me as the manga is one of my favourites.
