I feel like Riding bikes is an absolute blast! It's not only a essy way to stay fit but also offers a sense of freedom and adventure.
Cycling also provide a great workout for legs, core, and even arms.
If I run out then I'll turn to be a Buddhist monk.
Ive another option but nemuri and many others told me not to do that.
I can't deny that being along every day is healthy and it does make me feel sad and depressed. Some days are worse than others.
I try to keep myself occupied with sports and anime and gym exercise..
