I have only recently been introduced to anime. Honestly, before I seriously got interested in anime I thought that only absolute nerds watched what I called 'cartoons'. I still find most anime too childish and cannot take shows with harem and chibi scenes serious at all. My favorite part of any tv show that I watch is finding deeper meanings and talking the shows over to find others perspective. The show that completely changed my attitude to anime was Clannad/ Clannad Afterstory. I honestly found that anime was actually worth watching because of that show. If anybody likes to talk about character development, deeper meanings, or philosophy of characters, etc. totally hit me up with a message and we can have a friendly chat.
