Hi! Hello! Zdravo! Как дела? Who am I? An anime lover since elementary school, but took larger sabbaticals here and there for book reading and education. So that explains why my Plan to (Re:)watch list is so long, but I will know most of the anime you take with me about. What am I like? Well, let's say that during my high school I favored watching Hellsing (both versions) When They Cry, Another, and anything gory and dark. So you can say I am a mature, well-adjusted person. I'm friendly, respectful, and sometimes dramatic. Why on MAL? To read, to write, to recommend, to talk to you all!
If you friend request me out of the blue, I'm much more likely to accept it for a reason!
What else... Pretty chill with my manga/manhwa, so the rating is as follows:
10 = the best of the genre; highly recommended
8 = an amazing, notable work in the genre; highly recommended
6 = a fulfilling read; recommended
4 = a lacking story; personally wouldn't recommend it, but would understand if somebody likes it very much
2 = made me pretty uncomfortable; hard pass from me
Manhwa/manhua I read/am reading (not in MAL database YET)>>>
Notes: The fifty shades of TOXIC. Uncomfortable, infuriating, and entertaining in a masochistic way. Please don't pick this up if you value your time and nerves.
This is not a romance, don't fall for it. And don't believe any tag was used on the official publisher's page, either, since the author probably had a say in it. Why? While reading it, I got the impression that the author herself isn't fully acquainted with the subject she is writing about, namely the BDSM relationships. While I had a limited understanding of the subject, I was quite aware of the misrepresentation of the community while reading this. But... I can't say that story bored me because it wouldn't have been true. Even though I hated every frame of it, I liked (in a sick way) how angry it made me feel towards the author, characters, and myself.
The main character was the worst. She hurts others left and right > "tortures" her "conscience" after the fact > fails to learn how to communicate > enables dangerous individuals > acts on their worst impulses > lies to herself about her actions' harmful impact in order to get what her sick little brain want. In short, she chooses all the wrong options and gets with the happy ending, because she is the author's fantasy of "strong, liberated" women she probably wishes to be IRL (but laws don't let her).
Huge warning - latter chapters decide to go unrestricted sadism, leaving any notion of healthy BDSM dynamics in the dust somewhere. It's not that it was there, to begin with... it almost felt like author wanted to take revenge by proxy on the real-life people that inspired ML's victims. In other words, she crafted "steamy" scenarios in which sadistic punishments of those characters are shown as divine retributions for their misdeeds towards the ML. BUT, her active involvement in those acts was depicted as empowering because her victims were manipulative or dismissing towards her in the past/present. In short, it is ok for her to be a "sexy", no-limits abuser because they are jerks first.
Last warning - it's horrifying to read at moments and not for the sensitive readers out there. Even those with more tolerance for sick things will find this disturbing at moments.
The things manhwa did right: Showing reasons why victims return to their abusers. The worst thing about it: Oh, Dear, there is more than one thing. OK, I will choose only one. Taking advantage of inexperienced young adults and pushing them into unsafe BDSM(?) relationships, while they clearly asking for traditional dating and love. And then, SPOILER, giving them happy ending without addressing those plot points.
Notes: Enjoyable erotica read on a lazy afternoon.
Several generic story elements are woven into a real-life romance from Ottoman Empire history. The things manhwa did right: It didn't overstay its welcome. Straightforward and predictable, without overplaying the ending. The worst thing about it: Romanization of the potentially abusive relationship traits. Like "don't leave me or I will kill everyone around you" trope.
※ Captivated by the moonlight * 16/16 ch * Score: 6
Boys love (no erotica), Vampires, Drama, Historical Romance* 28.09. > 28.09. * Everyone
Notes: Very sweet and straightforward.
Boys meet and slowly fall in love by making each other happy. Rather than focusing on world-building and how vamp-human relationships might work, the story emphasizes their heartfelt moments. It is relaxing and not too dramatic.
After the main story, don't miss the extras. They are pretty sad when you think about it, but they do answer the question of how the couple dealt with one partner being immortal. The things manhwa did right: There wasn't too much drama in it. Focusing on pure feelings and likeable characters instead of endless misunderstandings is very commendable. The worst thing about it: Vampy boy gets very little description in terms of his personal history. He is virtually left unknown to the audience.
※ Love Me, Doctor! * 55/55 ch * Score: 8
Boys love (Age Gap), Erotica, Drama, Slice of Life * 24.07. > 04.10. * 18+
Notes: It began silly but ended pretty sophisticatedly and heartfelt.
After twenty chapters, the standard doctor-patient kink evolved into a more mature relationship drama. Some really important aspects of healthy relationships are brought up such as learning to reciprocate feelings and communicate with the loved one. A bit surprising, but nevertheless a welcome change. The characters were given more room to develop and the story stayed fresh.
All in all, this was an amazing read, thanks to the great plot, relatable dating struggles, and emotion-evoking character writing. The things manhwa did right: The main pair. THE CUTEST THING EVER. I enjoyed the complementing combination of the older, more cynical, and somewhat tired from hooking up middle-aged man and younger, optimistic, and trusting student. The worst thing about that movie is: It's sometimes difficult to make the situation plausible regardless of how dense the main character appears to be. Haha, BL is still BL.
※ Warehouse * 67/67 ch * Score: decided not to score it
Drama, Psychological thriller, (questionable) Boys love, (questionable) Erotica* 28.10. > 29.10. * 18+ (warning! major sexual violence)
Notes: The Warehouse will make you tense and cry till the very end if you can stomach reading all of the major sexual harassment along the way. It's sad, appalling and highly psychological.
The story was so engaging that I had difficulty putting it down. I finished it in less than 48h.
Yes, it shows a very toxic love (?) story between two very damaged adults. However, the story itself addresses some great points about relationships, especially in the context of time passing. Neither can we leave our bonds in the past and expect that they will stay there, separated from the present, nor can we recreate them now as they once were.
Characters have layers, and eventually, it is explained why they behaved the way they did. However, it is up to the reader how they will judge given explanations. Personally, in my eyes both parties exploited other's weak spots, played mind games and transferred internal pain. With zero apology or even explanation. So no, no one is innocent here, even thought consequences of their actions were extreme. But I get everyone disagreeing with me on that.
The things manhwa did right: It made me care for the horrible people in it. I liked them both, and I hated them for their actions at the same time. And while I wanted them to be happy for once, I also nodded at every misfortune that they brought upon themselves. It left me questioning if I was secretly an optimist, a fool, or someone in need of psychological treatment. The worst thing about that movie is: The abductor should have more chapters to himself. The line between his sanity and madness is left a bit murky, which sometimes makes judging his monstrosities impossible. Plus, he's shown to be quite clever and deep, even in his mad state.
Notes: The fifty shades of the most healthy BDSM/BL romance I've ever read. Furthermore, the author worked hard to include some serious, emotional and dark moments in it, which made me cry every single time.
While reading it, I felt like each arc exists in its own genre. Which is at the same time a good and a bad thing. The story surely benefits from change of pace and wider opportunities for the story development, avoiding becoming yet another stale smutty read. However, I was so enthralled by the first arc focused on main pair's growing affection that following, action-oriented arcs did not provide me the same amount of enjoyment. They weren't bad per se, but the beginning had more spark to it. In conclusion, I wish the story was simpler and smaller, with more relationship drama and lovely moments. If that was true, my score might be a lot higher. Maybe even 10.
The things manhwa did right: Ciel. No, not that one from the Black Butler. This Ciel is one adorable masochistic, earnest vamp baby. The panels where his face was thrilled and ecstatic by being punished - pure art. On a smaller note, the naked bodies used in hotter story moments were beautiful and impressive.
The worst thing about that movie is: In spite of liking almost every major character in the story, I wouldn't describe them as deep or emotionally moving. Narratively wide and short, this manhwa didn't allow for characters to develop. And the ending felt rushed a bit.
※ Never Understand+Incorrigible (spin-off) * 85/85 ch + 8/8 ch * Score: 10
BL, (High-school) Drama, Comedy, Slice of Life * 22.10. > 01.11. * 16+ (spin-off is 18+)
Notes: One of my best BL reads for the 2021. Emotional, hilarious, and nerve-wracking at times. Rarely do I see writing this good in BL literature.
Oscar for comedy. (amazing every time)
Oscar for high school drama. (quite tragic and sober at times)
Oscar for being hot & steamy, without going, full adult.
Oscar for making intriguing characters with heart-dropping backstories and thoroughly believable flaws.
Oscar for Jaerim, for being the best person and boyfriend.
Oscar for DUNNO HONG. (if you know why you know)
The beginning was a bit slow for me. But don't give up.
Several romances are woven into this manhwa, with one being the backbone to them all. From time to time supporting pairings steal the show for a few chapters to tell sweet stories of falling in love and then show up occasionally later. As a result, the world around the characters feels more like a moving space, rather than just a backdrop. And these usually take place when the main pair got to a certain milestone, so we as readers could take a pause and charge for what's to come. My heart ached reading about the final showdown.
The things manhwa did right: So many things. Comedic moments for start. Amazing sense of humor, both in dialog and the usage of silly faces. Great writing that evokes so many emotions. Characters...I didn't dislike anyone. They are that good. The worst thing about that movie is: I wish these stories had more time to cook properly. Everything could be greatly expanded, and the idea that we will not get any more future content is pretty hard to swallow.
I lament over the fact that if this had more resources, this could have been an LGBT (no T sadly) masterpiece.
Review: Beware of the Villainess truly stands tall and proud amid the sea of Manhwa Romance Isekai. It combines clever/satirical commentary on popular romance tropes AND feministic messages such as women's autonomy and sense of strength. This is an excellent choice if you're looking for something lighthearted in terms of drama yet challenging when criticizing common tropes in the romance genre (like passing red flags as romantic gestures). Nothing revolutionary, but it's nice to have one manhwa like it out there.
I really want to draw your attention to this manhwa humor. While reading this format this past year, I came across several wonderful uses of popular memes in the manhwa. But this title does it on a whole new level.
The things manhwa did right: Nine Norton takes the title of THE BEST BOY OF ISEKAI MANHWA. Besides being kind, charming, and dependable, he is a true sweetheart and soft hottie. I admit I started reading this title when I saw him in some random recommendation. And you should too.
The worst thing about that movie is: Overly detailed explanations of how ML's schemes work. They are unnecessary to point out how brilliant ML is (all enemies are arrogant, therefore dumb, and not ideal opponents for ML to show off her skills against) and they lag the story each time they appear.
Long rats "Way you suck!" could be grouped here, but I grew to enjoy them.
※ Love is an Illusion! * 99/99 ch * Score: barely 6
Comedy, BL (with erotica, sometimes nocon), Omegaverse * 15.11. > 16.11. * 18+ (warning! major sexual violence)
Review: Read the title. This isn't a love story, but an illusion of it. Or better yet, a fairytale that rarely ends smoothly IRL. To be even more concise, this story is nuts. But occasionally fun.
Super quick summary: Boy thinks he is alpha but turns out he's omega and other alpha is super into him. Both are idiots. Will they or won't they story, with some baby drama in it.
If you are not particularly interested in dipping into omegaverse, feel free to pass this one. And even if you are, I wouldn't advise starting this manhwa without doing little research first, since understanding of certain situations does require you having good basic knowledge about omegaverse biology and social hierarchy. There were a few critical things that needed me to turn to Google for answers. Not an ideal intro.
With all that said, don't expect much besides some smutty and dramatic read, if you can close your eyes to all things nonconsensual.
The things manhwa did right: Here, I was forced to think for a while. Yes, it has entertaining drama, and it serves as an ok introduction to the omegaverse mechanics. The thing is that as a whole, the narrative is better than its parts. On their own, all story elements like humor, cast or progression are nothing much, but together they do provide a satisfying read.
The worst thing about that movie is: Hyesung (the ML) fate, and here I'm not talking about his character, which is hated and bashed by part of the fanbase (which only speaks about their lack of empathy and internalized victim-blaming; but not the subject here). No, I'm talking here about author destroying his character's journey - which is gaining control over his life through a rediscovery of himself - in later seasons by taking the final, big choice for him and justifying it with life-treating circumstances he has no authority over. And poof, his problems are solved and all is fine; all he needed to do is to yield to his lover's version of a happy life (who by the way never supported ML plans). Again, it is not a commentary of the story content, but on the failure to finish the character's journey. Plus, it's is a recipe for damaging relationships IRL, but I hope that readers get that.
※ Dead of Nightwork * 10/10 ch * Score: 4
BL, Erotica, Omegaverse * 16.11. > 16.11. * 18+
Review: Forgettable read, with dull smut. No interesting characters, or intriguing premise. Some questionable things like light coercion into sex. It would put me to sleep if I read it before going to bed.
The things manhwa did right: It didn't drag with its pointless story. The worst thing about that movie is: Ending. It's too silly, even by BL standards.
※ The Blood Of Madam Giselle * Last Chapter 52 * Score: 6
Erotica, Historical Romance, Drama, Vampires * Started: 02.07.* 18+
Notes: Hot and sweet vampires in Victorian England.
The main female lead is not the best judge of people, but I can see her as a real person, not some insert for the audience. Vampires do appear to have a different mindset than humans, more animalistic, obsessive, and innocently cruel sometimes. Very intrigued by future development. Has a lot of erotica and female gazes, but those scenes with the main bad guy I wish the author kept on minimum. The worst thing about it: Needs to slow down with all of the sex and focus more on relationship and romance. Also, heads up the male lead do appear somewhat childlike outside the bedroom, so not for those who can't stand tropes like this in their erotica reads...
※ Under the Oak Tree * Last Chapter 34 * Score: 8, has a potential to be a 10
Romance, Drama, Fantasy * Started: 13.07. * 16+
Notes: Enamored. Very promising thus far. Great traditional fairytale romance set in fantasy middle ages. No isekai, no reincarnation. And the main heroine is the best part of the story. Very relatable for readers that had to deal with a tough upbringing.
She is traumatized and deeply insecure young woman that acquires freedom when her knightly husband comes from war and takes/wins/buys her from her abusive father. She becomes Lady of their castle and gets full devotion from her husband (who is broken too in some ways, but that is the subject of his novella; this manhwa is only her POV). However, nobody, not even her caring husband gets how broken she is while trying to keep the façade of the normal Lady. Since staying calm and speaking little were/are considered traditional feminine virtues, and her trauma left her fearful to let other people in, her battles with insecurities stay hidden from others. It's so easy to empathize with her.
Some central art takes a lot of inspiration from Gustav Klimt. Moreover, manhwa art, in general, is good & unique. The worst thing about it: Nothing. Both parties still need to open up with each other and learn how to communicate, but that will undoubtedly happen in the later chapters. Maybe some castle panels are obvious use of stock 3D castles.
※ A Symbiotic Relationship Between A Rabbit And A Black Panther * Last Chapter 44 * Score: barely 6
Romance, Supernatural * Started: 20.07. * Everyone
Notes: Light & cute. An ideal title for relaxation from complex and stressful plots. Story of lifting of the curse from princess and getting together in the process. With some drama & action. The worst thing about it: Nothing. I didn't have high expectations, so I'm happy with how it turned out. Maybe drawings of humans are lacking, but I get if they had a small budget for this title.
※ I Picked Up the Second Male Lead After the Ending * Last Chapter 46 * Score: steady 6, maybe 8
Romance, Comedy, Reincarnation * Started: 22.07. * Everyone
Notes: Funny & cute. Another ideal title for relaxation from complex and stressful plots. The main female lead, although reckless, is irresistibly optimistic and likable. Art isn't amazing, but unique and sweet. The worst thing about it: Nothing. I didn't have high expectations, so I'm happy with how it turned out.
※ Bad Boss * Last Chapter 44 * Score: 6
Drama * Started: 23.07. * 18+
Notes: Pretty sad story of life's deterioration in the name of revenge. The worst thing about it:
※ Sadistic Beauty: Side Story B * Last Chapter 8 * Score:
Boys love (not really), Thriller, Erotica (if you can stomach the noncon stuff) * Started: 30.08. * 18+ (warning! major sexual violence)
Notes: Ok, I need to see where this steamy shit of the side story is going to end. The worst thing about it: Probably everything.
※ Under the greenlight * Last Chapter 30 * Score: 8
Boys love, Thriller, Erotica * Started: 10.09. * 18+
Notes: It is rare for me to be that into the BL story and not be forced to frown at some toxic tropes. Still shaken by how good the narrative is. Very mature & dark, and its side stories do their best to outline relationship progression.
Pace-wise, I wouldn't call this slow, but it has a great sense of timing, like when to apply pressure with more panels before bold acts.
Characters themselves are the second best thing about this BL. Both of them are rather mysterious and rational people with some sense of decency (like no r*ping or coercion: everything is safe and equal). However, I could see how one of them will become more dangerous in the future (there is some serious hinting here and there), so we will see what will change in that department. The worst thing about it: So far, nothing comes to mind.
※ How I Came to Like My Male Friend * Last Chapter 28 * Score: 6
Drama, Erotica * Started: 13.09. * 18+
Notes: I love this while at the same time hating it. If you took a guy that dumps his GF in favor of his childhood female friend after he couldn't forget how good her naked body looks, and switch genders in the setting, you would get this manhwa. Here, the girl sees d*ck of her guy friend from the kindergarten and just has to have him. Nothing gets in her way.
So far, I love how this gender switch pushes me to consider ethics in relationships from different angles. Plus, I now have a wonderful opportunity to criticize someone's messy character and relationship.
Hope they all get what they deserved, and there isn't going to be some stupid plot armor because of true love and some other sh*t. Because it's obvious that female lead isn't too worried about the feelings of others if she gets her way, and considers her pleasure as a sole criterion when starting or ending relationships with men in her life. Again, very interesting as this wouldn't sound this shallow and vile if we were talking about male behavior. The worst thing about it: So far, nothing comes to mind.

※ Who is the prey * Last Chapter 34 * Score: 6
Psychological thriller * Started: 29.09. * 16+
Notes: My first manhua. Manipulation and possible Stockholm syndrome. MF, thus far, is an amazing character - strong, rational, capable, but still sensitive and vulnerable. The main villain is also done with a style - hatred towards him comes very easily. The worst thing about it: Art is very ugly sometimes.
※ The Way to Protect the Female Lead's Older Brother * Last Chapter 35 * Score: weak 6
Villainess, Reincarnation * Started: 09.07. * 16+
Notes: Initially boring, but I decided to give it another shot (the art was too juicy to sleep on). My reading experience during this time story was a lot more fun and enjoyable and I didn't want to stop. But my thoughts about writing haven't changed.
I still think the story is too edgy with too much violence and psychotic characters. I wouldn't be screaming "show, don't tell," repeatedly into the screen of my phone if it were more slow-paced, with more examples of the Agriche family's infamous depravity.
I still feel that the story is poorly conceptualized - instead of sticking to one thing and developing it properly before hopping to another, it jumps all over the place. Nevertheless, if you consider season 1 as one long introduction, you may persuade me to retrace some of the initial displeasure about the plot progression. The worst thing about it: The characters. Still don't feel a connection to any of them.

※ Kill the Villainess * Last Chapter 44 * Score: 8
Psychological Drama, Isekai, Romance * Started: 13.11. * Everyone
Notes: Another title that deconstruct the isekai genre. What if you reincarnate in the new world, in the privileged family, BUT you wish to go back into your original world? The worst thing about it:
※ Lady Devil * Last Chapter 50 * Score: 8 or 10
Historical + Psychological Drama, Supernatural Romance (INCEST), Mystery * Started: 15.11. * 16+
Notes: If Lansisters were nicer, but also crazier. The worst thing about it:
Notes: A spicy Tarzan retelling. A pureblood smut manhwa with a little story plot to show for. My hardcore interest in it died little by little, as fewer and fewer things were being revealed and characters were given even less development. Too much pouncing in the air like a Supermen, running thru the jungle and being captured (for the fifth time). There needs to be more dialogue content. Also, all that thing with a temple entity that possesses ppl and turns em into sexual maniacs was just too lame of an excuse to have some steam scenes. What I would like to see is them being physically drawn to each other on their own from the start, and openly agreeing to do be intimate as a way to unleash rather than suffocate that sexual attraction. The things manhwa did right: Main male lead. He is hot, he is pure, and he is protective.
※ My Sister Picked Up the Male Lead * Last Chapter 18 * Score: 4
Romance, Isekai * Started: 11.07. * Everyone
Notes: Not bad, just too focused on the main pair's romantic dialogue to develop other things properly. The story just doesn't care about the logic at all, leaving plot holes along the way. If I could read past that, I would deem this an ok romance. The things manhwa did right: Occasional comedy. Nice sister bond. Pretty main male lead which is precious when he clings to the main heroine.
※ It Looks Like I’ve Fallen into the World of a Reverse Harem Game * Last Chapter 4 * Score: 4
Romance, Isekai, Light Politic* Started: 15.07. * 16+
Notes: Example of great premise and bad execution. Four chapters in and no tiniest clue what is happening, or why should I care. My gut is telling me to save some time and pass now. The things manhwa did right: Drop it too quickly to find something.
※ My Husband Hides His Beauty * Last Chapter 4 * Score: 4
Romance, Comedy, Reincarnation, Isekai * Started: 23.07. * Everyone
Notes: I liked the premise and art style from the start, but the main female lead just didn't click for me. Yes, she had a rather interesting start if I compare her with others in the reincarnation genre, but she didn't feel like a grown woman from the original world. Yeah, Who Made Me a Princess also had a grown female lead that inhabited the girl's body, but she had the wits of the adult. Here, MF lead is just a child psychologically. The things manhwa did right: Motivation for staying with a male lead is nicely done, combining her fear of fire with the danger of being accused as a witch.
※ Marilyn Likes Lariensa Too Much! * Last Chapter 11 * Score: 4
Romance, Isekai * Started: 23.07. * Everyone
Notes: While the premise isn't that strong by itself, the lack of chemistry between a central couple pushed me to drop it without regrets. A female character isn't consistently written, being determined and rational one moment, and erratic and at loss for arguments the other. Maybe it gets better between them, but my intuition doubts it. The things manhwa did right: Female friendships. I like how comedic it grew to be.
※ The Villain Discovered My Identity * Last Chapter 13 * Score: 4
Romance, Isekai * Started: 25.07. * Everyone
Notes: I wouldn't call this dull, just powerless to make me wonder what happens next. The premise is just ok, while characters have no sway over me. I get it if this was for someone an amazing read, but by now I read too much of the same settings to find this one entertaining. The things manhwa did right: The female lead here is better with a sword than any male, and everyone acknowledges that.
※ False confession * Last Chapter 51 * Score: 4
Reincarnation, Romance, Isekai, Fantasy * 19.07. > 05.09. * 16+
Notes: Not bad, but tedious. Here you can expect a generic romance fantasy, with some serious scenes and humor. Some storylines are really good, like War Arc and politic introduction. However, that doesn't change the fact that nothing here comes even come to amazing.
The main characters come just barely above being one-dimensional. Only for those who like cheesy and generic stuff in their reads. The things manhwa did right: I like the end of the War Arc. It was funny and tense at the same time.
※ The Lady and the Beast * Last Chapter 61 * Score: 4
Drama, Reincarnation, Historical Romance, Fantasy * 03.07. > 01.10. * 16+
Notes: I never thought I would drop one of my first manhwas, but I don't see any reason to continue reading it. I gave it several opportunities to come back, but enough is enough.
For anyone wondering, this is a Beauty and Beast retelling, but with more drama.
Not the most amazing thing I have ever read, but it was enjoyable for the most part. Could be much better. My main issues with it are that it is too unfocused in the later chapters (due to many support characters in it) and too convoluted a dialog between the main pair. I swear they stretch out their insecurities about the other party to the max. And it's not just me. Many readers are starting to grow tired of talk and no breakthroughs in the romance domain. Occasionally it's hard to even keep up where did main characters leave off in the previous battle of wits. The things manhwa did right: Character reactions. They act following their personality. She is an old & wise ex-monarch and strong warrior, so she is decisive and rational in every situation.
※ More manhwas I dropped fairly quickly: (4) -Virtue Bestowed by the Villainess; I'm a fan of the prince; A Thousand Cranes; Euphory; The Maid and the Vampire; Clerk K's secret; Lucia; (2) -Your Secret Keeper;
Ahahahahah is so cool! "Ciao ciao" sound like affectionate, we also use "arrivederci", but it’s more formal. Just a free Italian lesson lmao sorry.
If i remember well, there was talk of a cooking school where the protagonist met three teachers who fell in love with her (?). They didn’t really show love, but I assume that was the idea. And then there was also a classmate who was in love with her.
Actually it wasn’t that bad, I mean, it makes sense, but the ending is ??? I wouldn’t spoiler it in case you were curious, but it really left me speechless, it was unexpected lol
Exactly Tiktok! Usually in pages that published edit, or on Instagram, I have several anime in "plan to watch" found thanks to Instagram only for handsome guys.
(Thank u! I usually use Reverso, but sometimes it makes mistakes, but ty for the advise)
Before start... You wrote right and I really appreciated it, so thank you!
Anyway, you described me perfectly! I found lots of anime thanks to AMV (I had the same illusions with Amnesia or Diabolik Lovers, I thought the first one would be great, but...), even "Bonjour Sweet Love Patisserie" was a disappointment compared to expectations.
Unfortunately we are victims of the beautiful boys and we can't do anything, there are few anime that have beautiful boys and a nice plot :c
(Hope I didn’t make too many mistakes in my writing)
Thanks mate. Criticism is always welcome if it's constructive, but at the end of the day you can't please everyone. It's people like you that make the internet more good than evil.
