The only extra content of interest of me was the interview with Otomo. I've watched the majority of his work, so it's amusing to see what led up to Akira, and how he developed from there. Other than that I skimmed through the rest: storyboard, in-depth look at the remastering process, a somewhat useful glossary, behind the music, and some random trailers.
