Aspiring reviewer for THEM Anime. Huge dork with a deep love for surreal and hallucinatory visual and narrative presentation, horrible crushing existential misery, cute characters with wit and pluck, layered plots that have too much going on and still work somehow, and all manner of queerness ranging from low-key subtext to... *cough*

Anything that I've given a 9 or higher may be assumed a favourite or something which I deeply respect, although my absolute favourites are a *bit* more specific. I don't watch much that I don't think I'll enjoy or at least get something interesting out of, so lower rankings are rarer. Things which sit in weird territory for me (e.g. Garzey's Wing being a simultaneous 1 & 9) or which it's been too long since I've watched it last to be clear on how I'd stand on it now tend not to be rated.
