Think owned Linkin Park's first two albums, when at school. Hybrid Theory, and Meteora? The latter was pretty much the album of loserkind. I resonated with the clear lyrics and unique to me bg music, which later loved in The Raid (Linkin Park guy composed ost). Early 2000s AMVs seemed exist only for LP songs. Come to think, don't think I purchased any other of their stuff.

That's really cool: bet you could sell that copy of MP3 for fair bit, nowadays, if you ain't already. Saw that asian guy on YT in a lot of their PR/irl stuff. Char backstory arc rather stupid/forced, but the manga reworking the original really impressed me. Despite being on page feels like always in motion, and unlike the TV series which is outdated now, has this mature, definitive edition edge to it. I'm not DEEP into Gundamu yet loved it. Noticed we both liked that Hathaway movie. Peak Sawano music, in that.

Any thoughts about the latest JoJo anime?

Gotta say I'm not a big fan of the shading for part 5, personally. Araki did use some heavy shading in part 5, but the effect is exaggerated in the anime adaptation. The colors are so bright and the shadows so dark that it looks like everyone is being hit by a spotlight all the time. I'll still watch it since part 5 was my second favorite part, though.

My bad for response gap. Not been watching much anime. Did you finish Zestiria / Get Berseria yet? Zestiria's anime meant to end different but I'm never gonna go back to that shit now, ofotable or no.

I wasn't gonna get Berseria initially 'cause I thought the cast looked like they were on way back from a bad cosplaying event. Velvet's slutty attire especially. Good news is you get freebie costumes and can change some of them for the better, and the cast aren't anywhere near as shitty as they look.

I used to always go dubbed if I buy something. I still do a lot. But in the case of Persona 5 and Berseria, I switched between JP/Eng for first 5-10hrs and went with better performances. Heroine in Berseria has a really low tone in JP, where as in English she sounds.. warmer. And Magilou annoyed the fuck out of me with her English voice.

Xillia 2? Have the steelbook of that. Never played it. Put off by the grinding I read about. Is the content not grindy variety worth it, then? Vesperia was last Tales I played with a world map. And had those gorgeous town backgrounds. ity all JRPGs went small-cheap after that.
