i couldnt agree with you more on your lovely complex review
"Lovely Complex in all honesty is going to be boring for anyone who's ever seen at least one romance comedy series before"
this is so true
I've read that Angel Beats was originally planned for 26 episodes, but got narrowed down to 13 for either budget or development reasons. Seems to be the reason for a lot of flak concerning the show's pacing. I think the anime's character designer is working on Kore wa Zombie Desu ka right now.
Yeah, I have a weakness for Key and their anime adaptations. Out of all of them though I'm enjoying Angel Beats the most -- dunno' why.
Haven't heard of Shining tears x wind. Sounds like a spin-off of the jRPG series, but I'll look into it eventually.
Shaman King is a surprisingly old shounen series and arguably the one that started the sentient weapon trend found in works like Soul Eater. I personally prefer the latter, as Shaman King didn't catch my attention. Soul Eater's aesthetic is great, and its subtle parody of the genre is very amusing to say the least.
Unfortunately I've got no clue @_@ I built my big ol' Plan to Watch list off looking at reviews of the highest rated animu, so if it wasn't too special I probably didn't bother >_<
I need to stop by Anfiniti again. School always seems to completely halt my time spent there.
Also I have a feeling Clannad is going to turn into the saddest anime of all time.
Also Nana is awesome and I hate that the creator is being dumb and halted the manga. I wanted to read it to get more from the story, but then I found out it's incomplete and might never get finished, so I don't want to bother getting caught up in it too much...

I'm sure it'll turn around or have a great message by the end of it, but this is really, really rough D:
Also, just one time I promise. It's Zuru, right?
The little friend request messages don't get saved anywhere I don't think...
