Hey. I'm a person who like slice of life, psychological and yuri. Stuff with a majority female cast mostly. I don't consider myself a fan of anime. I also make music with freeware stuff but it isn't that impressive.

10 = Simply perfect. Not only does everything well, does it exceptionally well and has no flaws to speak of.
9 = Extremely good. Characters and plot are very well written, any flaws are usually nitpicks.
8 = Very good. Characters and plot are very good, however suffers from a substantial flaw.
7 = Good. Characters and plot are good, but suffers from a few flaws.
6 = Fine. Characters and plot are okay and generally function, but suffers from a number of glaring flaws.
5 = Can mean 2 things, mediocre or is sitting on 2 extremes. In the case of mediocre, it does everything as shallow and standard as possible. In the case of extremes it does one aspect very well, while doing another very poorly. In most cases it is good characters but a broken plot.
4 = Subpar. Characters and plot are a mixture of average and bad, in some cases with minor contradictions. Might have a few redeeming qualities.
3 = Bad. Characters and plot are poorly written, characters will contradict themselves or act unnaturally idiotic for the sake of drama or moving the plot.
2 = Very bad. Characters and plot are very poor. Characters are now contradicting themselves so often that it is hard to establish anything about them. Plot barely functions.
1 = Nonfunctioning. There are no characters anymore, there are moving pictures talking on screen. The plot doesn't have any functioning through line and can't even really be considered a story.

My ratings for anime are mostly based on the story and character consistency. Some of my scores my not be entirely accurate as I watched/read and rated a lot on here a long time ago before my current rating system, and may be forgetting key information as well.
