Hi I'm Ragingboar,
This is my first anime community and to be honest I avoided joining any anime community for a long time, mainly because of fans only talking about the top ten shows at a given period in time. I myself also find otakus and weaboos to be anime "extremists" (thus the other reason I didn't join a community for a long time). I am just a simple anime lover who is a follower of Jesus Christ.
A few genres I enjoy are: action/adventure, school, slice of life, romance, thriller and psychological.
Some of the genres that are in no way enticing to me: sports, music, martial arts, and horror.
My stance on mainstream anime. I don't judge these shows just because they are part of the popular 10-20 anime that the majority is watching, I judge them by if I find them enjoyable or not.
Lastly the way in which I watch anime: I primarily watch in dub but, if an episode is only available in sub I'll trudge through it. My maximum episode count is two episodes per day or one if the show is relatively short. Also I watch two series max.
