Paranoia Agent is also on the list, of course. I've only seen his debut OVA film, Magnetic Rose, from the memories collection. It's fantastic- I definitely like his style and am looking forward to more.

I see you're appreciative of good psychological entertainment: notably Ergo Proxy, Lain, and Satoshi Kon. Good stuff, all of it. I shamefully have not seen Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress, nor Paprika, though I own all of them. I'm working to remedy this

Nice first review! I also stopped watching Kimi ga Nozomu Eien because of the same reason as you, but after reading your review I feel the need to complete it.. I'll probably have to start from the beginning, since I don't remember much except for what happens to Haruka. Weird.. I gave this series an 8 and then put it "on-hold"..
