I've been watching anime since middle-school on and off for my entire life. I've watched a little bit of everything in roughly every genre but I never got around to making an account here until recently.
Please note that I judge and rate anime on a few choice criteria.
-I judge the anime based on their genre itself, I will compare shounen against other shounen and romance against other romance. To me it would not be fair to judge in any other form
-Most of the scores are from what I can recall watching them from years ago so forgive me if it is a bit lower or higher due to me being harder on it or having rose tinted glasses
-Please note I consider MAL's number rating at face value; meaning a 5 is average containing both high and low notes with nothing special going for it to make it an above average
-I specifically watch sub over dub unless I specify in my review
-I will not watch any piece of anime, manga, show, or movie if it has a bad ending. Why? Remember game of thrones? I specifically will not watch an anime or popular show that is ongoing if I haven't already watched it and will wait for the ending to be published. Why would I watch or read something that I know has a bad ending? Stories should have a beginning, middle, and ending and if I dread a part of it I don't start or stop outright.
That being said I am bias and do have a few choice favorites that I believe are better than most.
