Yeah, I agree, it's a huge problem that a lot of people feel entitled to talk about topics they absolutely don't know anything.. like the Flat-Earth-Society XD Some of them are just ridiculous but others, as the anti-vaxxers or the Global Warming deniers, are really dangerous.. -_-
Ahah a journey to where? ^^"
Mmm.. gotcha I'll get my hands on some of his short stories then ;)
Well, I guess industrial hygiene it's interesting if you like logarithms, integrals and regulations.. but, yeah, I feel that most people would find nationalism far more interesting XD
I've read EVERYTHING about Sherlock Holmes.. I loved it! ^^ But I'm still a noob about Lovercraft! ^^"
Which ones of his novels/stories would you reccomend me to read? ^^
Yeah, in a few seasonal dress change more I could become rich B)
Dead Souls was some heavt reading indeed.. but interesting
Well, as long as you read it.. yeah, sure the it counts! XD I'm stucked with lot of pages about industrial hygiene as well -_-
Nationalism you say.. seems interesting!
But today I found 2 euro in a pocket of a old jacket.. it's something isn't it? XD
Mmm never heard of that novel. Anyway those two books I mentioned are memorable enough, trust me ;)
I read them too! I liked The Overcoat, but I was kinda disappointed by Dead Souls.. I didn't know it was an incomplete novel -_-
yeah, that's the bad part of growing up.. and taxes.. and domestic chores.. ^^"
what made that saga different for me was the mix of magic and technoglogy and the witty humor of the charachters :)
I don't know what that friend did but I totally support you.. she's obviously a bad person v.v XD
Well, I'm almost 30 and I've never won the lottery and that's enough.. a truly lucky guy would have won it by now v.v (though i probably should have bough some tickets to have a chance ^^")
Really? Have you read anything of Bulgakov? I LOVED his "The Master and Margarita"! And "Heart of a Dog" too!! ^^
I also really like Gogol's short stories such as "The Nose".. it was hilarious XD
I havent' read the Animophs books, but I've read her Everworld saga and I really liked it.. but, yeah, I was a teenager at the time.
Wow, you read the Artemis Fowl saga too!! :D Did you like it? :)
Oh well, I warned you XD Tell me what you think about it once you read it!
Ahah, I got a Redwood wand instead, which should mean I'm quite a lucky guy.. but I beg to differ ^^"
Yeah, maybe it was the language the main problem it, but I don't know.. I just don't get much involved in their stories.. Do you like Dostoevskij? Horrible English translation apart :) p.s. what's your native language?
Oh well, I really must read their books then! ^^ I must confess I never heard of them.. so much ignorance! XD
Have you ever read something of K.A. Applegate or Eoin Colfer?
Well.. I warned you ^^
Yep! I'm a Ravenclaw/Pukwudgie! Which surely means I'm some kind of stubborn warm-hearted smartass XD
And my Patronus is a Bloodhound.. whatever that means :)
And what about you?
Yes.. poor Athos and Miss Bonacieaux.. I was kinda glad that Milady de Winter paid for it at last..
I loved Pillars of Earth! a little bit less the sequel though.. anyway I understand you, I feel the same for the Bronte sisters ^^"
Nope! I've just read Coraline by Gaiman, but haven't read anything else yet!
What kind of novelists are they? :)
Hi, I'm writing here in order not to spam your introduction topic!
As a fellow Harry Potter fan I really suggest you not to read The Cursed Child.. you would regret it ^^"
And yeah, Dumas is the boss of revenge, definitely B)
Have you read anything by Hugo? I think you would enjoy it ;)
I dont like watching anime alone thats why. its like i gotta share theese awesomeness moments with someone else.
yeah. I know, best plot twist lol. Its like a daughters love for her father, protective figure, friend, someone to rely on. She had a shitty life, has to kill her father, but also the person she loves... ahh.
hmm, as I said in my profile, i'm in search for 'unique' animes currently. just... suggest me some animes that shocked you, emotonally affected you, or made you laugh so hard, unlike cliche comedy animes.
Depressing stuff is good actually, if you limit it... or else youll get depressed in real life :D I actually wanna rewatch it again after watching Stray Dogs, we can watch it on Rabb.it together later if you want.
aaand the worse things is.... there is no game like Bioshock Infinite(almost), dat story with the soul crusher ending... ugh. I believe that Elizabeth were really interested in Booker and loved him deeply. I dont like AMV's much, but this one is great. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ4gporzdZk
ah, ima new member and trying to find those anime, im currently doing it atm actually.
Hello origins. After seeing your 'dazai osamu' fav. I checked if you watched 'aoi bungaku' or not. You should definetly watch it, there are some stories from japanese literature including 'no longer human'. Its depressing though.
You also played bioshock infinite right? That game depressed me hella lot. The scene at burial at sea episode 2 where elizabeth talks to booker in elevator... the feels.
Also, nice to meet you. I can suggest you lots later if some things come to mind. Cureently busy with my profile...
