Hello there, and welcome to my profile! The name's Mena, what's up? I'm still a bit of a newbie when it comes to anime, as I only got into anime about a year and a half ago, but I have a lot to say about the shows I have seen!
My rating scale:
1. The worst of the worst. No redeeming qualities. None.
2. Not a one, but still Awful. Not the absolute bottom of the crap barrel, there may be one thing about the anime that isn't complete trash, but it's hardly influential.
3. Very bad. Nine out of ten things about this show are awful.
4. It's no worst of the worst, but still impressive how bad it is. There may be two redeeming qualities that help the show a little but still not enough to be rated in the top half of the scale.
5. The middle. The show is average, not great, but not awful. Whether or not it is an enjoyable anime depends on what the show is.
6. A bit above average. The good things about the show have started to outweigh the bad things a little.
7. Getting better. The show is now named as 'very good', which is a fitting name for seven. There are both good things and bad things in this show, but it's definitely one that can be enjoyed.
8. A great show. I would recommend a show with an eight rating. As with any show, there are bad qualities, but the good things about the show are more noticeable.
9. An awesome show, with many great qualities. The bad qualities of the show can still be pointed out, but usually, the greatness of the show overshadows the bad things.
10. The God rating, as I like to call it, reserved for animes I can call masterpieces. No anime is perfect, but these shows come pretty darn close. It's incredibly easy to overlook any subpar qualities about these shows just because of the sheer brilliance of them.
