Yeah you right, different people opinion is interresting but that's not a thing that must sway us. Each people are different.

That's the same for me, i never really rewatch shows except shows that really immersed me. I prefer discovering New things and find New hidden gems ;)
Yep you'll see, the remake are fun and enjoying to watch, buuut if you're a bit Lost, i think that's normal :D

Really i feel like sometimes i've weird tastes, because i really enjoyed and loved darling in the franxx but so many people say that's trash. Also i think i've a bit of experience in anime because i'm almost at 300 anime watched. I don't really take care of the people opinion but in the case of darling i don't know ahahah

In Eva there's a lot of hidden things, that's an anime that you need to watch more than 1 times. Also, i'm a real fan of sci fi, not only in anime, but i consider like a lot of people that Evangelion is the father of the sci fi, it inspired so much animes, and so many animes take inspiration on Eva. Eva is not a beast in term of philosophy but that's an experience, Eva is a weird show, you'll never see shows like that, or that's hard to be at it's level. I don't really know how to explain you with my trash english vocabulary. If you don't understand that's normal, Eva is like you were spleeping and then on the morning you see another world, Nobody in the story understand the world, exept the NERV that is a real bastard for a selfish reason. Eva is a show that show how far human can go to achieve his goals, how far a human can lost his humanity, how strong people on the top of the pyramid are selfish and don't take care of humans. It even shows that human can kill mother nature for many reasons. That's an allegory of our world for me.

Remakes are good if you like Eva like me, that's good to watch, but that's Eva :D But for me Evangelion are TV shows and movies like the end of eva. The 4 recent movies are good, except the third. That's cool to see new modern animation but for me the old eva is still on top !!
But i can understand why you lost in eva :) because each details count

Yeah, i think the more anime you watch, more your tastes become difficult. I understand !!! Fate/night heaven feel's are just insane, as you said, animation is mind blowing and the story so good. That's the perfection of fate in my opinion. It'll be hard to see more insane fights after watched heaven feel's !!

Yeah the end of DITF is weird but i still love this anime. I'm an evangelion fan so DITF give me nostalgic vibes.

Yep 86 was very cool but weird because of the age of protagonist, i don't know how to explain but it feels weird :D Vivy was just insane too, a masterpiece for me !!!

Lately yeah, but that's hard to find good anime to watch, my tastes are difficult.
Recently i was amazed by fate stay night heaven feels. And i also loved darling in the franxx, with all negative reviews on this anime, I told myself that I was not going to watch it buuut i loved it. I know thats not a perfect anime but for me it have huge qualities and i'm a sci fi fan/ evangelion fan so this anime this anime reminded me some memories.

and you ? some good animes you watched ? i'm curious ahah, and what's your recent masterpiece ?
