I wouldn't recommend summer, but it's still possible to go then. And there are things you can only do in summer such as enjoying fireworks and summer festivals or climbing Mt. Fuji. :)
Rainy season is usually in late June / early July and typhoon season is in September, but you're never guarenteed good weather no matter when you go.

I did have a good weekend heh THINGS HAPPENED kind of lol. Sometimes I feel as though I live in limbo. But I'm cool with that, limbo becomes heaven rather easily in my experience :)

Ummm... welllll... I don't think I put all too much thought into them lol. I just chose symbols from stuff that resonated with me, for instance I have No Face from Spirited Away on my belly... I wasn't even all that into anime at the time it just struck me as a representation of spirit that I thought would stick with me :)
