I liked Shizune but her route was kinda all over the place. My favorite was Lilly, all the feels.

That's a funny coincidence. I think there's 2 obligatory questions: 1) What did you think about Hisao's experience with the condition, was anything horribly inaccurate? 2) Best girl?
