LOOL tbh boku no hero was utter garbage for me the first episode but after i got used it around episode 3, it wasnt so bad XD that and the fact i was procrastinating super hard not wanting to revise for exams lol
Why am I not surprised you'd go there lol. As for a price drop, that may take quite a while with the acclaim it's gotten in the past month. Could be the Game of the Year that some people may never play because of the "weirdness factor" that separates it from the other AAA titles. Have you heard of the different memes besides that one, like "Shit, Square Enix!"?
It's pretty much Japanese High School Life Simulator by day, Destroying Demons with Awesome JRPG Powers by night (in some kind of context). Don't know much about 1 and 2, but 3, 4, and 5 have the same mechanics and systems all tied together, but with different characters and stories in the same universe. I'd check it out sometime. 4 may have the best in the thematic and theatric department for me, but 5 is by far the best looking and more ambitious entry.
Hey, Garrett. Just playing the newest video games I can find like Nier Automata and Persona 5, taking a break from constant anime and reporting in every once in a while. What you been up to?
ikrrr they just left it at a good part, i wonder when we are gonna get a s3 lel XD see u feel empty cos u took so long to watch it, that's why u r supposed to binge watch anime so u can get all feelz out of ur system as quickly as possible XD
The best I can describe is tame, but lovable in a strange way. It's very generic or bland for most of its presentation, the plot, the cast, the dialogue, the action scenes and even the dub, and yet it carries an air of good ol' Saturday morning cartoons that makes it fun without trying so hard. Think Bleach meets Fullmetal Alchemist.
It's by the same director of every game except for Dark Souls 2. They technically have most of the same control scheme and presentation. If you do play them (Everything except Demons and Bloodborne is available on PC), be prepared for a lot of patience, retries, strategy, backtracking and swearing. LOTS of swearing. Not for the faint of heart or for button-mashers.
Sweet recommendations and explanations, dude! Now I'm really fascinated by ReLife. Hope the dub is as good as the series from what you've said.
Bloodborne is a new and fantastic direction that I hope the Souls series will continue developing on. Instead of the dark medieval fantasy setting and wide variety of play-styles, it has a 19th century Victorian-era location with many Lovecraftian elements and a visceral combat system where you have to be up-close-and-personal and adaptable to win. Very challenging, but very rewarding. Check out some videos of the boss fights, at least to get a feel of the scale and look of the game, it certainly shocked me the first time.
Very interesting you say Rogue One is a helluva lot better than TFA. Alright, I'll rent both when RO comes out on DVD and compare both.
Konosuba was very good for a short, but sweet comedy/fantasy treat. Fallen in love with Megumin and Darkness. How is the 2nd season starting off? One of my friends have already given it a 10 by first episode, so I'm guessing the initial reaction is pretty great. What would you compare Stray Dogs and ReLife to, I'm looking to get into those series this year as well.
Now that's a hefty dose of animu right there! I'd have to focus an entire season of time to take on 300(?) episodes of that!
Atm, Bloodborne is the king of the PS4 exclusives for a reason. Beaten it 10 times on the same file and reached the hardest new game plus, which is a first for me. I'm also enjoying Metal Gear Solid 5 and Shadow of Mordor. What do you play in your spare time, Garrett?

I must say, you're pretty good...for a comedian.
