I guess I sounded fake or something, one of my interviewers said I was brilliant intellectually, but was a bit too inwards. And another was like "well you didn't do anything extra" WHEN I DID ALL THEIR EXTRA TASKS, like if they wanted more they could fuck off.

And I used hash tables at work today just using javascript. Essentially any blahobject['key'] that returns a value is technically a hash function. My C/C++ lecturer loved hashes. He wrote a paper on hash distribution.

And yeah, for unfair lashing out I've got a gf for giving me that c;

It looks like it is panning out a little bit thanks! Good luck on your exams! And in the UK it's kinda worse than the US, I finished with a 4.0 GPA and like no one hired me for 7 months, till I got a place as an intern in like a week or two, which I just started working at this week.
