It's a board, not a club.

Why I don't write originals has been a common question. Original works take a lot of time and effort to write; you develop the setting, characters, etc all from zero. Being a med student, I don't have the time and strength for that. Moreover, whenever I'm about to write a new fanfic, my mind will be occupied with all the brainstorming until I get home (I'm rarely at home) and write something. Imagine having to add those original worldbuilding into the mix... My study will be a mess.

I do it the opposite though. I first want to read the original for I'm sure that there's going to be skipped scenes on the movie XD

Not sure if you're interested in fanfics, but there's one thing I know for sure: most people's reaction would be, "Wha- FANFICS?" No, I value writing quality over shipping/self-insert/slash/any other fanfic taboos. Having been writing fanfics and receiving feedback from fandom blind people (including literature majors and those who dislike anime) for years, I've become an expert at making my fanfics easily accessible by those who don't know the source material, which is also why I can win a few writing contests in General Forums.

It's still incomplete because I'm struggling to find the time to write. Be warned that it contains a lot of violence and hints of child trafficking, PTSD, and (still unreleased) schizophrenia.

Well then, let's talk about favorite genres first: Mine is Tragedy XD. It's the genre/concept that always stays memorable once it ends with good execution.

Stories such as KimiUso, KimiSui and recently KimiTsuki T^T. Those makes me emotional that I feel like doing nothing but think about how it ended.

Creative Corner is a board for posting creative works (stories, drawings, etc) at MAL forum. I personally don't think that it's a good place for getting feedback because I don't get any, who knows someday a few kind souls will check my work and leave great feedback.

Oh... I get it. My story still has flaws for I haven't checked with my friend who's more knowledgeable on my story concept. So I'm afraid I can't show it yet.

About your story, just tell me once it's translated XD I'll give it a read.

It'll take long before my original is finished, just chapter 4 now so far, and I also need to give it deeper edits. About your story, I would like to read it, but since I'm busy, I can't promise a long review. Is that okay?

My latest personal artwork is my profile pic here. I was supposed to be the cover of the web novel that I'm currently writing, but until now I haven't posted it yet. Planning to share the story once it's all done, so that I can surely submit one chapter each week XD

Now I'm currently working for a paid manga/comic. I'm still writing, but I only leave it as a hobby XD

For writers, I think there's no active club now. If you wanted to discuss your original, the creative corner is your option. But honestly, even that section in the forum isn't that active compared before.

Just inactivity with the members, that's all. Well, are you also a creator? Art or story... if it's art there's the Art Club. It's still active XD
