hello PSYDUDE i read ur profile and see that u do jiu jitsu i do it aswell and its not bad when u get into it and learn all the locks and holds but to b honest if ur being attacked u need to tell the guy to attack u when theres a matt on the floor as it does more damage to u when u throw them and if hes quite big ur basically fucked but good luck with it. do u watch bleach
