Yahallo. I'm surprised myself over Re: Zero, honestly. My opinion kinda sounds like the reverse of yours, though: I was losing interest towards end of 2nd arc, fearing it'd become generic otakubait with lead solving every problem, despite his idiocy. But eps 13-18 is up there with the best anime for me. Subaru suffered for his failings and, in ep18, his suffering culminated in the best dialogue I have seen in anime. Just how both characters played it all out without bullshit and Subaru showed his true colours... it moved me.

You probably just didn't care for the direction the series went: tragedy > psychological noooo. It's a very divisive series. Even now people are bickering in the discussion threads over Subaru, and I saw people drop series during third arc. It's just one of those things: not everyone will agree. Series is pretty infamous for people quitting due to author being a sadist, iirc.

Nah, I don't dislike her, although the gender swapping of King Arthur for VN purposes is a bit... much, for me. Putting that aside, I thought she was a great character in Zero. But in the original VN adaptation, I HATED her 'romance' with a pacifistic teenager. I know VN purists say Shirou isn't a bad character but the idea of a JP teen getting it on with historical figure is very WTF, to me. All I meant with my list tag was that I much prefer Shirou having a romance with a girl his age from the same time period. I also like tsunderes. That's all.

Hey, btw. Sorry for never responding to your older message. I rarely use PSN since I don't play games often. And when I do, I use it as a YT app or manga reader. So you wouldn't see me on there more frequently then here. Why I didn't respond before.

Hmm well I don't watch any kind of Anime, I hate Ecchi or Harem shows.. if they are Ecchi or Harem I will never watch them... and since I'm a girl it is obvious that I prefer the shows with many male characters xD
I mostly love Reverse Harem, Romance, Comedy, Sport, Supernatural .. shows
I am kinda old to watch Anime now, i'm 22 years old but I don't think I will ever stop watching Anime but now I can't watch many series because I have university and I'm busy with studying. As soon as I get a vacation I will try new series :)

Hey, it really has been a while--had to use the 'com-to-com' feature to glance over our old messages. I remembered your name and DtB (think you used to have a Hei avatar?) but little else. Hows it going on your end?

I'd been gaming on my PS3. Dunno if this was mentioned in our old messages but I've been using a 360+PS3 for a good few years now. Been playing Infamous 1&2. Also, I was using the PS3's internet browser as a manga reading tool on my bigish TV.

You can see everything I've watched over last few months on my history atm. What about you? When we talked about DtB in the past I hadn't even finished it yet. Now, I'm dillydallying over the sequel given its bad reputation/no Yoko Kanno. What are your thoughts on it?

PS2: Good to see someone with Banner of the Stars 2 as a favourite. Think you're the first.
PS3: Also nice to see someone watching a pre-2000 classic like Blue Gender.

i mean i still have tons of backlog to finished, probably when MGSV, Tekken 7, Dead or Alive 6 comes out then maybe ^^
