it's a really good one. lots of gore and violence though xd

i loved all the performances. even the opening was really good. the quotes are probably the best part tbh:
"you exist inside a spring that can't be replaced"
"everything you say and do, it all sparkles so brightly. it's too blinding for me, and i end up closing my eyes"
especially that last quote UGH the feels:
"spring, the season i met you, is coming. a spring with you... is coming"

ahh i see. you're right, they were really direct about their emotions. have you ever cried when watching anything so far?
and you're welcome <3 hmm.. since you seem to like shounens so far, you should try watching one of the more popular ones. like attack on titan. that show doesn't have sappy romance, and it's a lot more action packed. it'll also have you at the edge of your seat ;) let met know once you start it!

my fav is senjougahara because i think her and araragi are soooo cute together
i'm hoping the monogatari series isn't a harem because i don't rlly like harems haha
i prefer romances where there's a guy and a girl and no one else ;)

the monogatari series isn't for people new to anime, but i don't think it should be a huge problem. you should watch your anime in sub (if you aren't) because you can learn some japanese lolz

hmm. it's probably because you're pretty new to anime haha. your lie in april is a GREAT start. it was one of my first romances, and it's the reason why i love watching romance anime so much xd. ooh and i noticed you've watched a lot of shounen shows, so your lie in april would be a great change of pace ;)
