Like most of you guys who visit this site, I'm a hardcore anime fan. Completely watched a little over 400 anime series. Not that much of a manga reader. Only read a few manga so far, but have read a lot more Light Novels :D

I prefer anime with a Great Story along with Good Comedy/Romance/Drama and preferably a Cool/Badass/or very Likable MC.

How I rate anime:

<=4 - Trash anime that gave me a ''wtf am I doing with my time" feeling.
5 - Average cliche guilty pleasure anime that gets released every season with poor plot and one dimensional characters that I end up watching due to reasons unknown to even myself.
6 - Decent anime that does offer some level of entertainment but as a whole it feels plain and mediocre.
7 - These are really good anime that do have a lot of memorable moments but these didn't give me the 'can't wait for the next episode' feel because there are too many boring episodes in between the good ones.
8 - Recommended awesome anime, with very high entertainment value that makes you crave for more and more after each episode.
9 - Among the hundreds of anime I've watched, these are a few that had something to it that's more than pure entertainment value. I either enjoyed it way more than your run-of-the-mill anime or it made me feel certain emotions or contemplate things that I normally wouldn't do while watching anime. The only reason I didn't give these a 10 rating is coz the ending was not satisfying enough for me.
10 - 9 rated anime with a proper conclusive and satisfying ending.

I haven't added any prequels, sequels, movies, OVA, ONA or other episodes of the same anime on my list on this account to keep track of the number of "anime series" I've watched.

I RECOMMEND ALL ANIME RATED 8 AND ABOVE ON MY ANIME LIST!!!
