Hi, I got into anime in the 7th or 8th grade. I had a crush on this guy in my neighborhood, who I was friends with. Although we were already friends, it sometimes felt like we did not have much to talk about. So, anime was my gateway to better and longer conversations with him and has been ever since. It's four years later, and we are still friends (we never dated, sorry to all those that shipped). Although there are now other things we talk about, I am still grateful to anime. I only recently got into manga this past year, but I am enjoying that as well. Just the other day I was waiting for my dad to pick me up when I heard some people talking about anime. There was not any hesitation approach them because just knowing someone likes anime or manga gives you an infinite amount of things to talk about. Hence, I had a great hour-long talk until my dad came. That being said I obviously love talking to people about anime and Manga so give me a message!
