Thanks for joining the club.
I do proper background checks with my invites that I'm inviting the right people.
I also eventually respond to everyone's comment back to me.
The time spent a week on my inviting process is around 6-8 hours a week. I don't just invite anyone.
My current go around has lasted 80 minutes so far XD.
