Was not aware that was another name for the British flag! But it is not upside down. It simply just a cut-off corner of the flag, for I couldn't manage to fit the entire thing.
I'm glad to hear my advice was of some use, anyhow.
Since you ask, I'm studying English. I spent today writing an essay about The Song of Roland a 10th century A.D. French epic poem full of extremely gory battles and very little else. (Think Kingdom of Heaven, with more fighting and less Orlando Bloom. I guess it's the poetry equivalent of shounen action anime.). I guess when I have my degree I'll be qualified to advise people on how 10th century knights should behave, at least.
I worked in a call centre for six months myself during my gap year. Thankfully it was fairly benign - we took calls, but we didn't have to cold-call. I learned a lot about rhetoric, but I still don't like answering the phone.
Also, nice to see you like Full Metal Panic. While it wasn't the first anime series I saw, it was what finally convinced me that I really liked anime.
