regarding the gym nothing to say...i'm a lazy person :p
same to you
Tada-kun was good for me because I'm a fan of Audrey Hepburn (who Teresa was based on, despite being blond and high-pitched) and have watched "Roman Holiday" - so the source material made it better for me. The comedy and drama was forced, but it wasn't overdone, so it was still enjoyable to watch. It annoyed me and won me over with it's happy ending.
Haven't built up to watching "Violet Evergarden" or "March Come in like a Lion S2" yet - because that's just gonna be tears and depression. But Wotaku was love! I gave it a 10 and have re-watched it.
Currently watching Devil's Line which seemed to pick up a lot of hate because "Twilight" ruined vampire romance and people thinking it's a Tokyo Ghoul rip-off (it wasn't) - I'm actually enjoying it for a bit of a lusty romance that's trying hard to have plot. The OP is also insanely terrible with the kinda 2-dark-4-u lyrics that is rare to find. The world suck's so I'm taking my pleasures where I can find it.
I'm trying to catch up on the 3 seasons on anime I slept on (literally and figuratively) with some help from Netflix. Gundam UC is on and is trending (looks fantastic too).
I should go in this order apparently.
Quick question for you if you don't mind. What's the best way/order to watch the GITS franchise? I'm trying to binge the anime series before the live action movie comes out. xD
also are you excited for Natsume S5 news? xD
The potential uses of the technology shown in SAO is something to look forward to,
The second season of Aldnoah Zero is something I also can't bring myself to watch, the only thing I liked in the show was Slaine, and I'm unwilling to watch Inaho for another season. So despite having that to watch I'm going to start Gundam SEED finally, since I need a mecha fix now O_O.
Haikyuu is more like DnA than KnB (skill based instead of special powers) - I also got traumatised from the bad ending, but things have apparently been going well for Sawamura, so I'll hopefully get back in soon. I'm not in the mood to watch characters I like suffer unduly.
Fair warning with K, it's pure fanservice, but the entertaining kind. I'm enjoying it shamelessly. XD
Did you watch "Gangsta" from last season? I've reached episode 6 and really don't feel like finishing it, while a show like "Black Lagoon" had dark themes, it also had a sense of freedom and revelry with it violence. Gangsta is just dark and completely depressing.
The amount of world building and character development (with different characters) that we see in the first episode made it feel longer than it was. It was so wonderfully pulled off.
Like the new Utawaremono too, it reminded me of Spice and Wolf more than anything, though it also reminds me of "The Time Machine" too, or "Stranger in a Strange Land" - it adds a nice sci-fi element to some classic fantasy. This one seems to promise more travelling to different villages, so there's interest in that too.
I'm enjoying Haikyuu! the most so far. It continued where it built off.
Two mysteries that seem intriguing so far are "Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru" and "Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider" - they seem to have potential to surprise, so I hope they do something good.
I'm also enjoying "K" - because it's just pretty and flashy.
Will check out the new Gundam since it's original. Yay
