Well, I was pretty shocked when I watched that episode. Oh gosh, I really was. For some reason I got a little bit scared when they cute cut off the dragon's head. I wasn't expecting it, lol. And yeah, those scenes at the end were... gross. I realized after watching the episode that I was shaking. I don't know if that's something positive or not, but I'm sure about one thing, and that is that Re:Zero is obviously not a boring anime, thing that I really appreciate. Like yeah, 90% of the anime nowadays is generic and boring, so... I'm pretty surprised with this one. It's not the masterpiece of the year, but hey, I'm really enjoying it. The episode that aired today was pretty neat as well.
I appreciate your reply. I find it refreshing to hear another person's opinion in comparison to my own. I accidentally overlooked the potential seven deadly sins connection due to how incredibly eccentric that cult guy was lol. If you ever want to talk or share opinions about anything don't hesitate to give me a shout.
Right? I wonder too. In the drama, it seems like he's popular in the webtoon world that he lives in.
Oh really? I thought it was all CGI, I see. I heard the story's really good. Yeah, I remember binge reading it when it first came out. I haven't touched it in a while too. Yep! Their friendship bond is so strong lol. Hm... the only one I'm watching rn is Re:Zero, I'm waiting till they finish airing so I can binge watch! Wby,what are you watching?
That...is very true. Tou did say he something like "through the eyes of a 5000-man commander." I'm guessing if KiSui is at Rigan, Shin was probably ordered to go to Rigan himself as a diversion because Kanki did say he was done attacking civilians. Then Kanki will simply take the hill in the absence of Kisui while Shin keeps Kisui preoccupied at Rigan in a non-savage way.
Side Note: I thought Keisha was a girl for the longest time.
Ok, ill give a brief spoiler free opinion. Re-Zero tries to do too much at once. I feel like this problem opens it up to inconsistencies, and leads to character under development. A few examples would be the inconsistencies of when and where the MC saves. While most of the times it had been in front of the same NPCS shop, there was a time where it was at a different location. The run time between each save also seems to hold little bearing. This kind-of leads to a Dues Ex Save effect which may or may not be explained later on. The anime introduces many characters, and ideas, but falls short on delivering justice to everything but the MC. This is due to not only the lack of screen time, but the lack of attention given to each individual character. Often times when a restart occurs, each character uncovers very little about their character than we already knew. A current exception being Rem. On the other hand, Re-Zero still delivers in terms entertainment. I believe this is due to people's affinity for the relateable concepts of restarting, and going back in time to fix a mistake. Not to mention Boku Dake showed everyone just how engaging the concept could be.The dying and psychological effects on the MC adds a layer of depth and realism that is intriguing to watch. The gore is decent and not overly obsessive, which satisfies at least my need for realism and overall immersion. The fact that we don't ever get a MC who literally seems to.. progress, builds that anticipation and need for satisfaction that keeps at least me coming back for 2nds; hoping that one day the MC will either live up to his role, or die horribly for his incompetence.
Yeah I love Kingdom; the latest chapters are really showing Shin's capabilities as a leader but personally I still think it was too early for him to kill Keisha simply because I felt that Keisha came out pretty underwhelming. I also hope that the Kanki army dude that teamed up with Shin ends up joining him. Shin needs something more for him to become a general like maybe the the city of Rigan soldiers? Do you agree?
Yep!! I was sad at episode 13 cause I thought it was the end, but I've never been happier to know that it's a 24 ep anime haha. I can't wait for the next ep.
Yess!! Oh Doctors. I'm planning to watch that too, but I'm waiting till it's finished to binge watch it. Me too! Though I'm confused with the summary, if he lives in a webtoon is he a fictional character who comes alive then? Those are my favorite too. They're both super hilarious as well as cute.
Oh I heard about that. Is that the one where the anime is cgi? My favorites are probably The One, Orange, Ao Haru Ride, Nano List, and Tower of God and probably others too, but I dont remember haha..
Thank you. I really enjoy the soft lighting, pose, and overall look of your profile picture. The picture on my profile is from an anime known as No.6. The image is a poor representation of the anime, but I had an affinity with this particular character. Thanks for stopping by. Wow this was formal as hell.
Helllo!! I like it so far. I think it's different from the typical harem where the guy is super OP and has all the girls fawning over him. I think the whole death and revive thing is pretty interesting. I like the characters too.
I see that you read manga and watch kdramas. Me too!!! Are you currently watching any? What are your favs?
I'll definitely listen to those songs! I have recently ran out of songs, so that's pretty helpful~
Btw, I saw you're watching Re:Zero! What do you think so far? The last episode was pretty shocking, wasn't it? :P
