I just realised that I didn't mention that the 2011 version of HxH is the best to start off watching :x I actually watched the 1999 version first as well because I for some reason thought that it was the better one, but the 2011 version is more highly regarded and true to the source material, and the 1999 version was never actually finished.
I wouldn't blame you if you don't take an interest in HxH right away - I wasn't really a fan of the first 5-ish episodes of the 2011 version when I first started watching it. They're pretty stereotypically shounen and cheery, and aren't really a good representation of the rest of the series. But, of course, if you find that you're still not enjoying it all that much after a little while then don't push yourself to keep watching it. Everyone has different tastes.
I don't actually watch anime on Crunchyroll, but from what I've seen I think it only has the subbed version.
Oh yeah I'm definitely into Sci-Fi. Steins Gate and Psycho-Pass are a couple of my favourites so I'm sure I'll enjoy it.
I'm glad you found some to watch ^^ I probably sound like a cult leader at this point but I would reeallly recommend giving Hunter x Hunter a go when you get the chance. It's a little long at 148 episodes and of course not everyone who watches it will love it as much as I do, but I can honestly say that it changed my life and just the chance that it could do the same for someone else is amazing.
And nah I don't know Japanese, just some random words that I've picked up from watching anime lmao.
I'm pretty good too thanks :) You're talking about Dimension W, right? Have you been enjoying it? I might have to add it to my (ever-growing) PTW list.
