Hmm... What to say... Oh I know! I like anime. Now go away and stop staring at me.
(Now that we're done with introductions)
Damn... This is my first time writing a description. Never had any reason to do it before, but the recent changes to my Favourites List convinced me to at least number them for the visitor's sake. Do pay mind that this is my purely subjective opinion, and it's okay if you completely disagree with what I have to say. Moving on.
Favourite Anime:
1st - White Album 2
What can I say... This hit me hard when I least expected it to. The day I found out this even existed, I made the completely blind decision of marathoning it, and freaking loved it. This is a somewhat realistic attempt at Romance, in the way that it's not your usual moe romcom whatever. A simple love triangle, with real emotions. Lust, deception, friendship, you name it. The characters weren't straight stereotypes either, they were well written and acted in the same flawed manner that actual people do. They all made mistakes, honest mistakes, and suffered because of that. All in all, a diamond in the rough, what School Days could and should have been, my favourite anime, White Album 2. Also, as you may have noticed, I'm really bad at these little comments so don't expect anything better in the following entries.
2nd - Gosick
This was around the 30th~ anime I saw. It's not perfect, it has many flaws, but until I discovered White Album 2, it was the king of the bunch. I don't really know what I liked about it. The romance between the main characters wasn't as important to the plot as the friendship, and the mysteries weren't even that good. But the setting was definitely a plus for me. The classic Victorian that you could relate to the "Good Old London", where phones were popular but not outside of street boxes and those old bricks with 5 meters worth of cable. I guess I just liked Gosick.
3rd - Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
Also known as simply Code Geass. I'm not a fan of mechas, this and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann being the big exceptions. Good thing it was never part of the main plot, or I would've quit by the 5th episode, or whenever they presented that red mecha with the all destroying arm. Lelouch is truly an exquisite character. You follow him through his path of destruction and conquer of Britannia and as he keeps his alter ego from being discovered. There's also the conflict with his best friend but also fated rival. You definitely have to watch it, especially now that a third season was announced (as of 2016).
4th - Barakamon
I've had people question my taste many times. I like action packed shows, mental conflicts and dramatic romances. But I have a sweet tooth for when it comes to slice of life comedies, like Barakamon. Such a strange name, for such a strange masterpiece. I love how it plays with the innocence of children that, for all effects and purposes, are just simple kids from the simple camp life that find a new play toy when this "artist" comes around. All in all, a cute comedy with a memorable cast and a special waifu that we all love but only appears for 5 minutes in the penultimate episode.
5th - Amagi Brilliant Park
I don't know if I like having two comedies in "my top 5", there being Barakamon already and all that; but this show was simply too good to not mention. I always had Amagi Brilliant Park in the back of my head for around a year, and out on a whim, I decided to finally watch it. I ended up staying up until 5 am on the day 2nd term started. KyoAni, which I felt wasn't making things that I fully enjoyed anymore, blew me away with this beautifully crafted ThemePark Simulator 2016. The vibrant colours, the perfect animation (as in, no visible downgrades during the whole screening) and an original light novel adaptation were some of the things that grasped me. Now, I like shows that end with a good conclusion, but I'm happy it ended at 13 episodes because when you reach that type of ending in ep. 12, you either keep the quality up or the voyage ain't gonna be fun no more.
Guilty Pleasure - Zero no Tsukaima
A guilty pleasure, everyone has one. This is mine. Over the years my taste has developed (as much as the different shit tiers allow me to) but one thing that never changed was my love for cringy and not so well written love comedies. Zero no Tsukaima was one of my first and it holds a special place in my heart. I remember marathoning it on my tablet, listening to the whole thing with my half working headphones, lest the family discover what I was watching. It was an awful experience and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
And that's my Top 5. I'm really not one for puting a rating on things, and I don't hold this listing very highly. Think as you may, these shows are what I enjoy.
provavelmente não, calham-me algumas avaliações a meio de outubro, estava a pensar mais ir ao arena no porto, que achas? eles oferecem um deck a pessoal que começa a jogar magic the gathering
