Plot and structure wise, it's another SCAJI game. It's like SCAJi wrote some stuff and then somehow was magically made into sense and became relevant. Just like how Subahibi was structured, each part or route resonates on its own, but when combined, a beautiful harmony will be formed.
I don't really wish for a sequel as I think it already ends perfectly, but if they really going to make a sequel to this masterpiece, then why not, I'd love to see it. I hope we could go to the moon to explore more of the moon tribe and see Kaguya again.
I'm not fluent in Japanese or anything. I'm still pretty awful at it. But I suppose I've reached the level where reading and listening (mostly just listening, though) feels pretty natural to me. I've put hundreds of hours into visual novels, so that's where the vast majority of my practice has come from.
I hope you get to read Sakuuta someday.
