Thing about inbreeding is that it doesn't always mean it is a bad thing. Inbreeding is a gamble where your certain genetics are highlighted and given to your child. And more often then not bad genes are highlighted. But sometimes good are as well. Meaning not all inbred people are unhealthy. But the thing is that even if you stop inbreeding the genetic damage have been done. And your entire tribe genetical identity is now those bad genes and will stay like it.
Similarly, my second great grandfather most likely didn't marry his cousin or were result of cousin marriage. But our family have a huge immunity against diseases problem done by previous generations.

So, it doesn't matter anymore. I have done nothing but I used to get sick easily over my ancestor actions. Plus, me being Pashtun won't change the reality of the situation Israel is going through.

Thing about Israel is that many of the Jews there are inbred due to xenophobic practices. And inbred people might have a fertility problem where it drop below replacement level (less than 2.1 children per woman). Meaning it only exist as a temporary tyranny that never fulfill it purpose of giving real Jewish people their land as most of them are Turkic - Slavic Jews who commit homosexuality. It only exist to hurt people and destroy the native heritage before it's eventual demise. And if the Abrahamic god promise is true then the end time will happen even before all of this happens.

So, their won't be European replacing Native American type of situation in Levant.
