BRS needed a bit of work. The ending was ambiguous, but I wish they had built up to that. What I mean is, everything was "normal" in the real world right up until the very end. They should have had a weird thing or two happen in the real world at first, and then slowly ramped up with more unreal elements to better transition to the "experimental" ending. Oh, and the credits needed the actual Black Rock Shooter song played over them!
Otherwise, it was better than I thought it would be, but not something I would tell others to go see right this instant. The story could have gotten a whole lot hokier than it did. That was a close call. On the plus side, the animation was very nice, and I really liked the look and flow of it all, so that was a pleasant surprise.
I'm happy that I saw it. At only 50 minutes, it only had to be OK, which it cleared.
I see you just finished Ouran! God, I love that anime! What'd you think?
Stopping blogging didn't translate to me spending any extra time at all on other projects... so the impetus to take a break was ultimately pointless. Thus, I've returned to my casual style of blogging whenever the urge strikes me. Not a full time, hardcore blogger, but a casual one, who pops in from time to time.
How about you? What are your plans for "wat u say"?
