I don't have insomnia, I just usually have to wake up at a specific time because of friends. But I used to be way worse before, I used be up for 18-21 hours a day, getting 4-6 hours of sleep. Was pretty bad, but I'm good now. I hope your insomnia doesn't go back again, that would be absolutely horrible.

Hope so! Lol, I sleep either for a few hours in the morning or for a few hours in the afternoon, rarely ever get to sleep at night. And thanks!
