Explainer, these two tiers are over-scores, i.e., scores I am using to mark animes that have gone above and beyond what I (used to) consider a 10/10 masterpiece. These anime have out-done, out-performed and out-shone the 10/10's that I've seen. For various reasons, whether it's the dedication shown in the animation, the depth of the story and characters, the impression that it leaves, the discussions that it inspires, or even the introspection that urges one to discover themselves further. These anime are true testaments to Anime, and I would like to remember them as such, and request those who come across these comments to consider the same.
