If you like dramas where some weird teacher tries and changes a group of misguided students like GTO, then you might like Gokusen (first season is the best one - you don't really have the watch the other seasons). The first ep is kinda long but it picks up after that. Also when the teacher fights, it's kinda cheesy, LOL. But entertaining in an anime kind of way I guess. Give it a try.

If you like high school dramas like Hana Yori Dango, you might like Nobuta wo Produce. The first ep is also kinda long and may feel kinda draggy but it picks up after that. It's not a rich school like Hana Yori Dango, but the main character is kinda like an outcast who ends up getting the attention from the most popular boy in school (and the school weirdo) who get together and try to make her become popular. It's not much in the romance department, but it's a good story about friendship and being yourself, etc.

Yeah, from your description of my dream deck, I wouldn't actually be playing faeries if Chandra was in it. Perhaps a BR Tokens deck in Block Constructed, but then Lightning Bolts aren't even legal in that format.

I can't exactly say whether or not I'll be there. First and foremost I'll need to clear up an issue with my work's payroll so I can get my check. And while I do technically have the money to go, I might need to stick around at home to wait for a response.

So anyway, about the Eventide prerelease this weekend. There hasn't been an easier block to play in Limited since perhaps Mirrodin, especially in Draft. Will you be going?

Well, while I do wish I could say I relate, I still have my own tournament-winning Faerie deck complete with the full set of Bitterblossoms and the works. But in my defense, I acquired my 4 Blossoms for $32 total right before they went for as much as $35 for one copy.

So, in terms of Standard, what card do you hate more, Tarmogoyf or Bitterblossom?
