Sí, yo también prefiero Nijigahara. El condensar en un único tono ese tono y atmósfera es realmente complejo. Aparte de ese toque enfermizo que tiene el manga es lo que me va. Solanin es el típico coming of age a la japonesa. Su punto a favor es que en una misma obra te muestran las dos partes de la pareja y se ve cómo afrontan los dos géneros dicha época. Normalmente es que se centre en uno por la demografía de la revista en la que publican los mangas.

Normalmente a los maduritos resultones les gusta más Solanin. A mi es de lo que menos me gusta de Inio. Por lo que no soy ni madurito ni resultón.

True, but Planetes is made to be intentionally contemplative like that where as Uchuu Kyoudai has its moments, but I would never call it a contemplative work of fiction unlike Planetes.

I wouldn't really say that as one is a 26 chapter manga, and the other is 246 and still going. Besides, the Planetes anime is also pretty bad when compared to the manga. XD

Nice picture of Hibito. I love Uchuu Kyoudai. It has tons of psychological realism and lets you constantly remember anyone can die in space, and the details added into the manga about how Mutta becomes an astronaut. Makes sense why you'd probably be drawn to Planetes as I see over there.
