It really won't disappoint, personally Kimi Ni Todoke is my no.2 favourite anime. I know a few more romance animes, but they're either for crying or with a lot of action and fighting scenes, is not that they don't have comedy, but those I told you have more ^^

Personally I loved Maid Sama, I'd also recommend you Kimi Ni Todoke, Akatsuki no Yona, Akagami no shirayuki-hime, Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, Chuunibyoy demo koi ga shitai, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Lovely Complex and that's about all I remember of rom-com that I've seen
