Indeed, well let me know if you watch anything worth mentioning recently!

I should apologize for the belated birthday note so no sorry required from you. I agree about most of the movies based off of established series but I think they should strive to add to the story rather than run in place, if that makes sense.

I just thought it meshed well because other times there are movies such as Fullmetal Alchemist: Sacred Star of Milos which wasn't bad necessarily but in my view the movie didn't mesh within the world that was set up in the series. Perhaps that is just my overly critical review of films set within the same universe as an already established show though.

No worries at all, there is life to live outside of MAL. I agree about the movie, I liked it since it fit in well with the overall tone of the show and balanced between being a good individual story without detracting anything from the main series. I'm actually still catching up on Fairy Tail 2014 sadly but I have seen all of Fairy Tail Zero at least.

Did you like the Fairy Tail movie? I enjoyed it myself so I was just wondering what you thought.
