Well since I'm not home for one more week,I'll have to wait until I watch the last episode,but I can't wait to watch it!
But as long as we can flow into vol 9 smoothly then I'm happy!

Well as long as we get vol 12 animated I don't really care is it a movie or season.Well I prefer the LN scene,though as they had to (squish) it in 12 episodes I don't really hate the scene in the anime.Though I see that she had put his hand on her boob so he could use Pailingual.(Basically I'm saying that I see that as a great idea.)

Yeah I totally agree,though I'm not really happy how they changed the Akeno scene(the scene where Issei rejects her to have sex,they changed that scene to a scene in the kitchen I think.),though I do agree for the anime only watcher's overall it's a great season.
I think they went to Kyoto...but yeah I hope they can continue the story like that,the first 6 episodes the field trip and then the next 6 episodes Issei declaring his love for Rias during a rating game.

Yeah I also have mixed feelings about it but it seems the anime only watcher's are actually quite enjoying it,so let's hope for a season 4 and that it cover's the LN!Though I have to say Ichibumi did a good job re-writing 3 volumes in 12 episodes,though I'm not a huge fan of the last 2 episodes.

So what do you think of the new DxD episode?

I have the same opinion about her.

For now there are 3 completed arcs and now is the 4th one so when the 4th finishes we will probably get one more major arc (5-10 or so volumes) and then a little insight at how everyone continues with their lives.That's what you meant with the journey to reach #1 in the rating game etc.

No problem,Yeah well these volumes are mostly preparations for the last arc.Yeah I also hate the decision for the club prez and V.P.

Yeah the same as me,so I'm currently worried if they f*ck up the story.

Yeah when I just started watching anime I finished DxD both seasons and I was really interested in the novel and I just searched it on google and the first thing that came up was baka-tsuki.Yeah he seems to be having some RL problems so now xzxzxz (I think that's his name) is currently translating the novel,and he's the one who finished vol.18 and the next update will be late June or early July(He said that on his blog.)And he will be posting the updates on baka-tsuki.

Yeah vol 12 as a movie I had that idea before,that would be great!I know what you mean.

I read them on baka-tsuki,and I follow Code-Zero's blog (The translator),and now I'm following the new translators blog since now he posts update's for DxD.Though I just haven't got the time to read vol.18

Yeah I feel the same 24 episodes per season every 2 years,and it would cover 3 or so volumes of the novel.

Volumes 13 - 18 are mostly side story's so that would be easily adapted in 24 episodes or even less!And DxD for sure won't have more then 35 volumes.And Ishibumi currently did have problems since he had to re-write volumes 5-7 for the anime so that's why it's taking so long for a new volume to get released.So let's just hope he doesn't have to re-write the story again.(Though I have to read vol. 18,since I still haven't started reading it.)

Though in the end I just want to see volume 8-12 adapted and I will be really pleased!

Yeha I know what You mean,as a true fan of DxD no matter what the content I just want more of it!(I actually do care,I want the whole novel to get adapted.)

I completely agree on season 3 of DxD,and I do the same thing for my anime list.
