About Me
For whatever pathetic reason you have decided to not heed my warning in the image above. Clicking on the spoiler revealing this bit of text/imagery and as such, have a made a grave mistake. Believing, perhaps out of curiosity, that you will have encountered a tsundere, eventually welcome you into the warmness of her heart, you were wrong.
Not only am I dreadfully boring person, I've also been described as; cynical, misanthropic, pretentious, arrogant and ignorant by 'friends', family and foes alike.
My life centers around school, work, anime and counter-strike and like you, reader, have a non-existent social life. Which grants me the ability to complete mundane and redundant tasks, like filling out the 'About XXXX' section in my 'Profile' on this utterly repulsive site.
Fortunately for you, reader, one of my favorite past times is making morbidly satire writings, such as this one. To keep me laughing about how horrible my life is, as I fear if I couldn't I'd probably go insane.
But seriously, I hate people, so fuck off
You know they say curiosity killed the cat...
WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!!!
LOOK WHAT YOU DID!!! YOU SICK BASTARD!!!
My Opinion on MAL
This sites highest rated anime is about as useful of a tool for gauging director/script writer talent, originality and entertainment as Goodreads.com "Best Book Ever" list.
It makes me feel like;
When I see garbage like 'No Game No Life' rank higher than GitS and boring harem moeshit like 'Clannad' clutch a higher rating than 'Aria the Animation'. And 'Sword Art Online' apparently better than 'Serial Experiments; Lain'?

Also have some personal experience around the subject of affirmative action in Canada;
Two white male friends of mine could not get jobs as police officers despite graduating with a 3.8 and 3.5 GPA respectively. (they moved to California and Washington to get work in their field)
My uncle has been a programmer for the Department of Defense Canada for the last 15 years and has yet to see another white hire in his sector for the last 8 years.
Again probably different in the states because "progressives" aren't running the show yet, but this country has already jumped into the abyss.
While your anecdotes may be true, you're exaggerating. 14% of federal employees being from a visible minority hardly supports the claim that "affirmative action is quite large" in Canada's public sector. And those figures include all federal jobs. I'd be curious to see how the distribution changes when you look at the more skilled/higher paying positions. (My guess is that all of those percentages decrease.)
Which relates to my anecdote. I'm currently doing an internship at the federal government; 19/20 people in my division are white. 18/20 are men and one of the women is a secretary, so really 18/19 "good" jobs are taken by men. I think my division's makeup is somewhat of an anomaly regarding gender, but not regarding race. The vast majority of people I've seen around the building are white. There's nothing wrong with this state of things, but yeah.
Hello ! I saw you write something in cyrilic on the forums and I thought to myslef that you were russian.
Then I read you play counter strike and I was sure you were russian :DD
Are you really russian?
Death Note might have similarities. I'm sure you will find something if you watch it. Light Yagami has a Justice complex. He is a very interesting character.
Sorry late answer, I had to process what you wrote :D It's just..you usually don't find this kind of deep stuff on Anime Forums, you know..
but from what I read I now understand the analogy between Leviathan and Code Geass. I always wondered where the origins of CG lay, but I guess I never looked into it that much.
DAMN. His whole plan in the end is so very "Niccolo" (I just used him as an adjective dhuhu).
I am not that much into Steam, but I have the client on my pc, so I'm gonna add you.
Uh, it's not just old literature ... but part of it ^^ We just learn the stuff here in school..
Leviathan, oh that must be Charles, most definitely!!
Skype is not much of a social media thing for me tho..communicating with people while playing games :D That's what Skype is all about for me. Although I do have facebook and the likes..
And...yep ancient roman Philosophy was never my kind of thing either. I read good works from Jean Paul Sartre (huis clos!) and Albert Camus so I guess you could say I've taken a liking to Existentialism :-)
Wow I just noticed that I like the french language more than I admit (I was always hating it..the worst out of the 5 languages I speak fluently :S)
I didn't open the spoiler to be honest, so it was my fault I guess.
As a matter of fact, we have that book in our collection. Dostoyevski was a great writer. Definitely up there with Tolstoy and Pushkin :)
I am not into Philosophy per se, to be honest and Russian philosophy was kind of never anything that popped into my mind.
I grew trilingual in Germany so I focused more on the European movement like Jean Paul Sartre or Nietzsche or Kant :S
BUT: I shall give it a go ^-^
WAIT! I just noticed..there are some similarities. Mind clearing me up? Or better add me on Skype (lightningquo) this might be something worth discussing about!
You're very special :)
I know a little somethin about somethin...maybe.
I honestly thought you just wnated to say that Code Geass is "awsumm bcuz of teh boobz and teh awesome lelouch".

Do you maybe know of any other Anime-Philosophy analogies? I'm sure there are tons that my oblivious mind oversaw :S
Maybe you can enlighten me ^^
