I regret all the time I've wasted watching anime and running away from reality. but I guess that's just how ADHD is and it has nothing to do with this medium in general. the sad part is that I've watched so many that I can't even remember anything from most of them. check out my list to see a small portion of what I have been watching since 2016.
p.s: Drop while you're ahead and while you are still enjoying anime! the more you watch the more critical and impatient you get. Until your 100th anime milestone, you'll watch the best of what the medium has to offer which has been accumulated over 3 decades. after watching about one to two hundred shows you'll slowly start to drop stuff halfway through. After watching two to three hundred shows you'll start getting more and more impatient and you'll become agitated much easier and drop more and more. After three to four hundred shows you'll drop as many as you finish. after four to six hundred shows you'll drop more than you finish. but only after finishing more than 800 shows and going through so much shit, you'll come to truly appreciate that one seasonal anime that comes along once in a while which you took for granted and plowed through all at once back when you started your anime journey.
also watching too much anime has negative effects on your mental health and mindset and it will truly ruin your life and personality. viewer's discretion is advised
