This series is for action lovers. You got 3 characters who are as different as night and day. Jin, an adult male, quiet, but cultured roni of exceptional skil. He strikes with blazing speed and precision(very deadly). Mugen, also an adult male, but is an "in your face", free spirited roughian. His style of sword fighting is more like Bruce Lee's wing chung, loose and flowing(very deadly). Fuu a young female teenager. She has some street savy, but still is naive to a lot of things in the adult world. She's the focal point of the story. Mugen an Jin accompanies her on her journey

This one is for the grown ups. It's a very intense suspense, drama of life and death. What would you do if you found out that a life you saved will cause many others to die horribly? Only you know who the monster is. Would you? Could you stop it? Follow Dr. Tenma down this road into darkness as he search for his answers. The characters are fully developed, and believable.The anime is great, but the story is better. This story's intensity kept me hungry and impatient for the next episode. This is something you have to see for yourself.

Great series. It's a high school love story of Araragi, Koyomi and Senjougahara, Hitagi(emotionally unstable from a traumatic childhood experience) set in the world of the supernatural. From the strange first encounter and the not so normal events(supernatural) to follow, I found myself enthralled, wanted to see more. The way still shot were used to move from scene to another, or to express an emotion really enhances the story visually. Yet with all the weird stuff going on, you don't miss these two characters steps taken that is bringing them closer. If ghosts, vampires, demon, along with a little bit of romance is your thing?

This series was full of action, laughs, and drama of teenagers. The theme music was beautiful, but made me feel sadness in the the characters and the story. They were dead but not resting in peace. Though the very last scene of the series made me feel that all of them had happy ending.

If you're into slice of life drama series this is for you. I thought it was going to be another high school drama/love story with a lot of cliches. True enough there were plenty of visual and situational jokes going on throughout the series(got to have fillers). However what drew me in was the characters and their stories(most of them are really sad). The author put in a good amount of effort to give the main characters histories, and we the audience get to see how their lives play out together in high school. Rec was to me a subtle but great "slice of life" series. With the exception of the first episode. From the meeting at the theatre to the next was like woah, this really fast start to this story. The way one of the characters were acting after the first night was a little unbelievable at first. Anyway this is where the story starts, and from here on it moves along smoothly staying focused on the main characters and how they're dealing with their lives and each other. Two people meet, become friends, fall in love(without knowing it), while following their dreams. Nothing major or dragged
