People who score everything 9 or 10 should be banned from voting. Or forced to commit sudoku (expert level) before every vote higher than 5.

After finishing a series I usually score it higher just to score it 2-6 points lower later on.

My scoring criteria:

10-9 - film or series which have had huge impact on me, or which stood out above most series, or which I have fond memory as a child or teen
8-6 - production which I enjoyed, but for various reasons was flawed
5 - average series or movies which were not terrible, but not great
4 - 3 - most shonen, harem, bishojo and such crap
2 - creations which fail at every level not having any redeeming quality
1 - proof that gods made humans as a sick joke, and let them roam this mortal plane just to be judged and sent to hells afterwards, or just shitty animu

When the guy with the shades died everything got boring hahahaha XD havent watched both series though so I cant assume anything much. So far recent animes have rushed endings :/

Thanks hahahaha I really dont want people to make speculations bout things... And as there are shows that can spell C-R-A-P after just 1 episode there are also shows that start good and spell S-H-I-T when it enters the climax.. Good examples are School Days and Arcana Famiglia.. I was fairly disappointed in arcana and for all those who wrote good reviews after 2-3 eps of it all I can say.. "How's your anus feeling guys?"

To be honest, I'd rate it their worse one, it's in depth and all, the music is good, but I just felt their storyline was lacking :/
Their other 3 - Clannad, Angel beats and Kanon (2006) were all good.
Recently they've done 'Little busters' but I couldn't get into that either, they went of their original theme's :/
The theme's for Clannad, Angel beats and Kanon were all catchy and good, but the other 2 just lacked the basic concept I think :/ xD

The first season of Clannad isn't depressing at least ;)
You should watch Kaze No Stigma, one of the best Fantasy animes I've ever seen xD

In relation to your comment's on Sasami and how it (graphically) similar to Zetsubou Sensei and Bakemonogatari. This is perfectly understandable and something not to be criticized, the anime is made by Shaft and directed by Akiyuki Shinbo, the same person that directed Zetsubou Sensei and all the Monogatari Series. Akiyuki sensei is very well known for this art style in his anime.

Edit: He also directed Arakawa Under the Bridge

Sorry your review on Sasami shouldn't have been made with only one episode. Sure it was confusing at first but the second explains how it happened. I personally think you jumped way too early on the criticism when the show hasn't shown its potential.
Not hating, just saying.

I think there is a little more depth to Sakura and it remains to be seen how the character development pans out. In the first episode, she's depicted as lonely, with a huge ego complex (of course she's practically handed everything) , but she does feel awful where her butler ends up in hospital.
