Currently VERY slowly working through my backlog

I became an anime fan through watching the English dubs of Pokemon, Digimon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flint the Time Detective etc. I have a great deal of attachment and nostalgia to all of these (bar Flint) and am still an active member of their respective fandoms (never did watch anything after Duel Monsters though) Outside of this I watched the odd Ghibli film but it was not until I decided to try and find the undubbed half of Tokyo Mew Mew/Mew Mew Power that I started watching subtitled anime. From there I watched Wolf's Rain and Lucky Star among others, and I haven't stopped since. For a while I watched a handful of series many times, but lately I've been try to expand upon this.

I don't tend to watch a lot of ongoing stuff, I'd rather wait and see what the general consensus is. Exceptions if they really catch my eye or are a sequel to something I really liked.


My to-watch list is a collection of high scoring (8+) stuff and stuff I think looks interesting, things in high/medium priority are what I'll definitely be watching at some point.



Goals
Watch all CLAMP series adaptations
Watch all the classic Toei movies
Watch all pokemon movies/shorts etc (excluding main series)
Watch at least 1 episode of all 60s series on list


Finished Goals
Watched every Ghibli movie (including The Red Turtle which apparently doesn't count here)
Watch as many old black & white shorts as I can find (20s-60s)
Get to 400 watched before end of 2018
500 watched by end of 2019
