So this is how it is
Red : You will see all of your Joined Server/Club/Group
Sky Blue : You will see Server/Club/Group name and its option when you will click on it.
Yellow : You can see all the channel available on that Server/Club/Group
Green : You can see your profile, edit it, etc
Purple : You can see all use message in Channel of that Server/Club/Group
Orange : You will see all active users on that Server/Club/Group

AND if you click on upper side Discord logo you will go to home page, like below image



Here you will see all of your friends and other pages.
