One of these days I gotta get onto some other series too, although I'm busy with a lot of the spring animes so who knows when that will be.
I suppose I could say the Clannad series counts. While in general it is more about the drama and the romance, there is a small fantasy element in the sidelines of the story. If you watch the first part you may not see it much, but the fantasy aspect plays a very important role in After Story. Details aside though, Clannad series is one of my favorites of all time either way so it's definitely worth a watch.
I haven't watched the animes, but the mangas for Zatch Bell, One Piece and Yu Yu Hakusho were pretty awesome in my opinion. All of them are entertaining Shounen action series, pretty sure they can be labeled as fantasy. The only downside is that they're long, especially One Piece. It all depends on whether or not you're willing to stick with them, and especially with One Piece, the start is kinda slow so that might turn you away. All of these are great in my opinion though so if you're willing to go for longer series, these are good ones.
Unfortunately I haven't seen it yet, but apparently Fate/zero is supposed to be a really awesome fantasy series as well. I hear good things about it all over. If that one looks interesting to you, you might wanna check out the anime for Fate/stay night, which is technically the sequel for Fate/zero but was released earlier
