Hmm, I must have been confused when I first heard about it. I was under the impression it was going to be made in 3D, so I did not seek out any further information & wrote it off in my head. I wouldn't so much mind viewing it in 3D. Thanks for clearing that up for me :p

What do you think about the movie being remade in 3D? I personally, don't like 3D anime and often drop animes that blend 2D&3D together. I understand that gits has it's share of the tachikomas being 3D, however only sometimes & the blend was subtle enough to be tolerated. Of course I love the intro to season 1 as well, but I couldn't watch the entire anime if it was like that. A lot of detail is lost when you convert to 3D, well, unless they are talking about making it the quality of some final fantasy movies, then I won't be so unpleased.

I would love to see another season of gits, even the filler episodes are worth watching three times over!

I've noticed. I think the show has a more serious tone, less "cutesy" and holds more depth. Which, there is nothing wrong with cutesy stuff, just takes a certain kind of person to enjoy gits for all that it is. For the longest time that's all that I watched. I'm still kind of new to the world of anime/manga. Have yet to watch all the major "you have to see this one". I'm building my list slowly :]
