I really look forward to watching Frontier, only I think It would be best if I watch the rest first... which most dauntingly involves 50 episodes of the hair metal series, Macross 7 :D If 7 turns out as bad as some say I'll just skip it, but I think it sounds like fun, it's just looong.

I love music and I'm a sucker for "sing to save the world" stories. Ever seen the Doctor Who episode "A Christmas Carol"? Delta reminds me of it, with the pseudo-scientific sci-fi take on vocals. I love all the moments in Delta when someone has to be strong and sing, it's great stuff. (I should watch more music anime :P)

There are a lot of folks who saw Macross (or the American version, Robotech) as kids, which gives them a unique perspective on it. It is praised for being innovative with the transforming jet mechs and the Zentradi, but that means little when introduced to it now. I thought it was genuinely great at first, and it has good bits throughout, mixed in between everything I felt didn't work. Toward the end, I was enjoying the silly stuff more than anything else.

Glad to finally see a well-written review on the Delta page, good work! So you haven't seen the original Macross yet? I just watched it this year and I'd caution you, don't go in with the highest expectations - while I have seen some who got into it recently and loved it, my experience was mixed and overall negative. The guy in the love triangle obsesses over the girl who isn't into him, and he treats the other one like dirt - it's not at all a healthy situation like in Delta. (I haven't seen Frontier.)

'Course, maybe that's all just me, but if you don't go in expecting a masterpiece like I did, you'll probably have a better time.

I'm loving it. Don't play it as much anymore though, since I decided to focus on the game Stardew Valley originally ripped me away from instead. :P I've only played one Harvest Moon game but I remember it being just as addicting, it's hard to stop playing once you're at it. It's apparently going to get multiplayer at some point, which sounds like it could be a lot of fun!

I see. I looked it up and it seems like a pretty fun game, I'm all for co-op! I don't play many indies, I prefer to drown in those a little too long JRPGs. Latest indie I got was Stardew Valley, a very addicting game. :P

Being awake is more fun than sleeping after all! My brother sometimes tries to fix his sleep schedule by not sleeping at all for a day, but he just falls asleep even later and makes it even worse. xD
Never heard of those games. But then again, there are probably thousands of games on Steam I've never heard of. :P
